There are certain restrictions that we do not allow you to post on your forums. fJoomla.com reserves the right to delete or block access to any content that you post if fJoomla.com determines that your content is inappropriate for any reason, including fJoomla.com determination that the content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. fJoomla.com provides the following examples of inappropriate content as a guideline, but this list is not all inclusive and it is subject to change:

Prohibited Content:

- Content that violates the laws

- Adult or Obscene material

- Hacking, Piracy, Viruses, Warez or illegal mp3's

- Depictions of Minors or Children (even minimal sexual context is not allowed)

- Illegal Drugs or Terrorism

- Invasion on privacy or the Impersonation of others

- Derogatory, Slanderous, Racial or Explicit Material

- Sharing of passwords or Serial Numbers

- Spam or MLM

- Harassment

- Illegal Conduct of Any Sort

Other reasons for CMS deletion include:

- Intentionally moving or hiding the sponsor advertisement being shown on your CMS.

- If your CMS is only being used for redirection of users to another site.

Tampering with Advertisements:

If our system detects anyone placing any type of paid advertisements on their CMS, it will result in immediate deletion of your CMS without notice. This includes (text links, banners, buttons, pop-ups, pop-unders and exit-pops).

Inactivity:

Inactive CMS will be automatically deleted without any prior notice.

fJoomla.com has the right to cancel any of its services without prior notice. fJoomla.com will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the usage of its services or products. The software used by fJoomla.com is to be used at your own risk. fJoomla.com has the right to refuse our services to anyone.

International Use:


Given the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data, e-mail, privacy, copyright, and trademark infringement. Additionally, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

General:

COPPA:

Individuals under the age of 13 are required to have permission from a legal guardian in order to join any CMS. CMS with the built in software that requires this information that has been intentionally removed, will have their CMS(s) deleted.
